A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Locally Employed Doctor in Advanced Rhinology. This role offers significant responsibilities, including managing complex cases and mentoring medical staff, while providing opportunities for professional development and research involvement.

Applicants are invited to apply for the Manchester Advanced Rhinology, Facial Plastics and Anterior Skull base surgery job.
The program is for 12 month and will be based across the Manchester Royal Infirmary and Salford Royal Foundation Trust. The Fellow will be exposed to the management of patients with complex sinus disease, those requiring Rhinoplasty and patients with skin tumours. Alongside learning how to perform endoscopic sinus surgery, rhinoplasty and the excision and reconstruction of skin cancers, they will be regularly involved in the MDT management of patients with anterior skull base tumours, CSF leaks, Angiofibroma and oculoplastic concerns such as Graves orbitopathy and epiphora. The ideal candidate will possess substantial clinical and surgical experience. They must be committed to delivering high-quality patient care and have a proven track record of working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Completion and Certification of specialist training in Otolaryngology (or the equivalent) and full registration on the GMC specialist register is mandatory. An interest in research with a higher degree is desirable.
The successful applicant will take on significant responsibilities including the management of the regional rhinology MDT, mentoring residents and medical students, and driving forward innovative research projects.
This fellowship offers a unique opportunity to refine surgical skills and gain comprehensive exposure to a diverse patient population with challenging conditions. The position also includes opportunities for professional development through participation in national and international conferences, teaching on courses, and continuous medical education programs.
