Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 2pm-8:30pm (30 hours)

Salary: £15.50/hour

What are we looking for?

We seek energetic and passionate individuals to support our production team by receiving products into the factory. No experience is necessary as training will be provided.

Key duties include:

• Following health & safety guidelines
• Achieving KPIs set by the Site Manager
• Controlling egg rotation and allocation to optimize efficiency and reduce waste
• Collaborating with engineering to improve processes and maximize machine uptime
• Planning production runs to minimize waste and meet dispatch times
• Ensuring product quality, integrity, and traceability, and completing documentation
• Implementing legislative and management system updates with QA teams
• Conducting team briefs and performance reviews
• Adopting a 'Right First Time' approach
• Managing within headcount and wage budgets
• Maintaining standards and disciplinary procedures
• Developing team potential through training and support
• Fostering communication across departments
• Identifying and implementing efficiency improvements
• Participating in accident investigations
• Maintaining site hygiene, safety, and document control standards
• Building respectful working relationships
