Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 2pm-8:30pm (30 hours)

Salary: £15.50/hour

What are we looking for?

We seek energetic and passionate individuals to support our production team by receiving products into the factory. Experience is not necessary as all training will be provided. Key duties include:

• Follow the company Health & Safety guidelines.
• Work towards and surpass KPIs set by the Site Manager.
• Control egg rotation and allocation to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve processes, maximize machine productivity, and minimize downtime.
• Plan production runs to minimize waste, meet dispatch times, and maximize throughput.
• Ensure product quality, integrity, and traceability, completing all necessary documentation.
• Implement legislative and management system updates with QA teams.
• Conduct regular team briefs and adopt a 'Right First Time' approach.
• Operate within headcount and wage budgets.
• Conduct performance reviews and report feedback to the Site Manager.
• Adhere to company standards and disciplinary procedures.
• Identify and develop team potential, coordinating relevant training.
• Maintain open communication with all departments.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and accident investigations.
• Maintain site hygiene, safety, and document control to remain audit-ready.
• Foster respectful working relationships across teams.

Training and Education:

The role may require training in areas such as IOSH Managing Safely, HACCP, food handling, manual handling, and more, depending on experience and role demands.
