Summary

This is a chance to be the first technical hire in Europe for one of the fastest-growing prop trading firms in the APAC region. For the first time ever, they are looking to establish a presence in EMEA, leveraging their success in APAC and expanding into new markets.

In this role, you will leverage your HFT industry experience to help this client begin trading on various European exchanges. Using existing infrastructure and your technical expertise, you will design, develop, test, and deploy next-generation software solutions for automated trading systems.

Everyone within the organization is hands-on, including the founders. The successful candidate will contribute technically daily and take on other responsibilities as needed.

The role requires excellent communication skills to work effectively with teams across different locations.

Skills and Experience Required

• Must have 5+ years of experience in an HFT environment
• Proven technical leadership track record
• Either: high proficiency in C++ (17/20/23) OR Linux systems administration & platform engineering at a similar level
• Opportunity to be instrumental in setting up new systems with involvement in decision-making
