Job summary

Join Zuno in Leeds as Heat Pump Manager, leading end-to-end installation and service delivery for heat pump systems. You will oversee technical teams, guide design and performance, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

The role requires proven management of heat pump projects, strong communication skills, and experience with air/source and/or ground source systems. A pathway to drive growth and operational excellence awaits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing heat pump projects or similar renewable energy installations.
• Strong technical understanding of air source and/or ground source heat pump systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operational teams.
• Familiarity with industry standards, building regulations, and heating policies.
• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing, Heating or equivalent trade qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the design, installation, and commissioning of heat pump systems for clients.
• Lead a team of engineers, installers, and coordinators, ensuring high standards of technical delivery and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Work closely with sales, procurement, and customer service teams to support smooth handovers and operational readiness.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and government schemes.
• Monitor and improve installation quality and efficiency through regular audits and process improvements.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
