Job summary

Boots Hearingcare Kensington is seeking an established Hearing Aid Audiologist to run a high-performing clinic within a Boots Hearingcare site in Kensington. You will deliver independent clinical decisions, leverage Sonova technology, and build lasting patient relationships.

The role offers clinical autonomy, support from two leading organisations, and ongoing professional development. Flexible hours may include evenings and weekends to meet patient demand.

Qualifications

• BSc in Audiology (or equivalent) and HCPC registration.
• 2+ years' post-qualification experience in audiology.
• Strong CPD compliance and clinical audit results.
• Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care.
• Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships.
• Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey.
• Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio.
• Work flexibly, which may include some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand.
