Job summary

Boots Hearingcare in the UK is seeking an established Hearing Aid Audiologist to own a high‑performing clinic with a loyal customer base, supported by Boots and Sonova. You’ll deliver high‑quality, customer‑centred care with full clinical autonomy and access to the latest hearing technology.

Qualifications

BSc in Audiology (or equivalent) and HCPC registration.
2+ years’ post-qualification experience.
Strong CPD participation and audits.
Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes.
Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care.
Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships.
Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey.
Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio.
Work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand.
