NHS Highland is offering a fixed term post covering maternity leave in Ward 1 at the Belford Hospital in Fort William. The successful candidate will work alongside allied health professionals to deliver high-level, patient-centred care and assist with patient mobility under guidance from Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy teams.

Previous experience as a Health Care Support Worker is desirable, but comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided to the right candidate.

We have a fixed term post covering maternity leave in Ward 1 which is a 12 bedded unit covering both medical and surgical rehabilitation in the Belford Hospital in Fort William.

The successful candidate will be required to work alongside allied health professionals, delivering a high level of patient centred care and providing assistance with patient mobility following guidance from Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapists.

Previous experience as a Health Care Support Worker is desirable but support and training will be provided.
