A leading healthcare provider in Preston is seeking a Senior Healthcare Assistant to join their Gynaecology Outpatients department. The role involves providing high-quality patient care and assisting in various procedures. Experience in Gynaecology is preferred but not mandatory. This position offers flexible working options and development opportunities within a supportive environment.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Gynaecology Outpatients department for a Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team. We have two posts available: one 3 days / 22.5 hours per week and one 4 days / 30 hours per week. This is a busy and dynamic area, hosting various Gynaecology clinics specialising in general gynaecology, endometriosis, post-menopausal bleeding, oncology, uro-gynaecology and pregnancy termination services. The department includes 3 procedure rooms where Hysteroscopy and Colposcopy clinics are carried out daily. The Senior Healthcare Assistant is pivotal to the excellent and compassionate care that we deliver to our patients. We are looking for a motivated, organised and experienced person to join our team. Gynaecology experience is preferred, but not essential.
In return for your commitment and hard work, we will invest in training to work in all aspects of the department and gain experience in working in women’s health. This is a varied MDT where all roles are valued. You will have the chance to work alongside other professionals to develop yourself.
