Job summary

Nurseplus UK Ltd is hiring a Senior Healthcare Assistant on a temporary basis in the United Kingdom. You will support a range of settings, from elderly care to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs, providing compassionate care and following care plans.

You’ll enjoy flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends), weekly pay, and access to industry-leading training. Enhanced DBS is required, and pathways for NVQ qualifications are offered as part of ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Health and Social NVQ Level 3 or working towards this.
• Flexible availability to cover shifts (days/nights/weekends).
• Good English communication skills.
• Clear enhanced DBS to apply for upon registration.

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support safe lifting and moving and adherence to care plans.
• Administer medications as trained and instructed.
• Provide meals preparation and companionship.
• Contribute to residents' independence and dignity.
