Are you a compassionate and experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant (SHCA) looking to make a difference in patient care? Goodwill Healthcare Services Limited is seeking multiple enthusiastic SHCAs to join healthcare settings within Darlington and Durham on a rota and shift basis.

Pay Rate: £13.80 to £20.70

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Senior Healthcare Assistant in a UK care/nursing home setting
• Experience with medication administration and documentation
• Ability to work as part of a team and assist with Activities of Daily Living (AoDL)
• Experience in managing teams, conducting risk assessments, and creating care plans
• Adaptability to different care settings
• Effective communication skills, both written and spoken
• Driving license (preferred but not essential)
• Right to work in the UK
• DBS Certificate

Training and Qualifications Required:

• NVQ Level 3 in Healthcare or equivalent

• Mandatory Healthcare Certificate (theory and practical)

Working Conditions: 12-hour shifts, days/nights/weekends on a rota/shift basis.
