Overview

We are recruiting Care Team Leaders to join a dementia-focused residential care service in Trowbridge. You'll lead by example, ensuring high standards of care and supporting both residents and junior staff.

Role: Care Team Leader / Senior Care Assistant

Location: Trowbridge

Pay: £15.22/hr (Weekdays) | £16.22/hr (Weekends)

Hours: 36.75 hours per week

Shifts: 12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends

Service Type: Residential Care - Dementia

Key Responsibilities

• Support the care team with day-to-day operations
• Administer medication and monitor residents\' wellbeing
• Mentor and supervise care assistants
• Ensure documentation and care plans are kept up to date
• Provide compassionate, person-centred care

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Senior Care role
