I'm looking for a Senior Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) Advisor to join our team in Avonmouth. You\'ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that safety, health, and wellbeing are not just met - but championed - across every aspect of our work.

This is a key role within the project team, where you\'ll advise, guide and influence both operational staff and senior stakeholders to embed best-in-class HSW practices in a complex and ever-evolving construction environment.

Responsibilities
  • Providing expert HSW advice and support to delivery teams across the project lifecycle.

  • Supporting project documentation reviews and attending pre-start planning meetings.
  • Leading safety inspections, site tours and HSW engagement activities.

  • Promoting innovation and new technology to improve safety performance.
Qualifications

  • NEBOSH National Diploma or equivalent (or working towards).
  • Competence in incident investigation, risk assessment and formal report writing.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and behavioural safety principles.

This is more than a compliance role - it's an opportunity to lead, influence and make a meaningful contribution to a major UK infrastructure legacy.

If you're ready to take your next step in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment, I'd love to hear from you.
