The role includes:

• Building and adapting Health Economic Models (Cost-effectiveness, budget-impact, and other bespoke models) using Excel, VBA, and R
• Developing projects within a small company environment with minimal politics and rigid structures
• Supporting company growth through proposals and understanding client needs
• Gaining exposure to a variety of work in a small global company specializing in Market Access & HEOR

Ideal candidate profile:

• 3+ years of Health Economic modelling experience
• MSc / PhD in Health Economics, Statistics, or related fields
• Knowledge of UK HTA is essential; broader European HTA knowledge is a bonus
• Hands-on approach and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills for internal and external relationship building
• Enjoys working in a smaller, growing team with visibility and impact opportunities
