The role includes:

1. Building and adapting Health Economic Models (Cost-effectiveness, budget-impact, and other bespoke models) using Excel, VBA, & R.
2. Developing projects within a smaller company environment with no politics or rigid structures.
3. Supporting the growth of the company by assisting with proposals and understanding client needs.
4. Gaining exposure to a variety of work in a small global company specializing in Market Access & HEOR.

Ideal profile:

1. 3+ years of Health Economic modelling experience.
2. MSc / PhD in Health Economics, Statistics, or a relevant field.
3. UK HTA knowledge is key/desirable; broader European HTA knowledge is a bonus.
4. Hands-on approach and attention to detail.
5. Good communication skills to foster internal and external relationships.
6. Enjoys working in a small, growing team with opportunities to make an impact.
