• NVQ level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Support the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Supervise learners and junior colleagues where appropriate.
• Record patient information accurately in line with policies.
• Perform personal care duties and escalate to a registered practitioner when required.
