Exemplar Health Care’s Wytham Lodge care home in Burnley is seeking a Senior Health Care Assistant to lead a small care team and deliver high-quality support for residents with complex needs. You will work closely with the Nurse in Charge to ensure dignity, independence and person-centred care in a modern, purpose-built home.

You must hold a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification and Maths/English at GCSE grade C or above.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification.
• Maths and English GCSE (C or above) or equivalent.
• Experience in health or care setting preferred.
• Positive, people‑focused attitude and ability to lead a team.

Responsabilités

• Support residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist residents at meal times and monitor nutritional needs.
• Promote health, wellbeing and safety for residents.
• Encourage participation in social activities inside and outside the home.
• Lead, motivate and support a care team to deliver high‑quality care.
• Complete care documentation accurately and promptly.
