Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for suitably qualified registered nurses to join the respiratory team on ward, YGC. This is a permanent, full-time position. The ward is an acute bed respiratory ward where an acute non-invasive ventilation service is also provided in up to level beds. This service is predominantly nurse-led and well supported by consultants. On the ward, you will gain knowledge and experience in a variety of respiratory conditions.

Main duties of the job

Responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based nursing care, working collaboratively with others to meet patient and family needs. Assist in managing and organizing the clinical area and participate in the education, development, and supervision of staff.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally encouraged to apply.
