Job summary

Forward Trust in Wales is seeking a Senior Health & Wellbeing Practitioner to join the Integrated Substance Misuse Team at HMP Usk & HMP Prescoed, working full time.

You will lead a small team, deliver frontline clinical interventions for adult male residents, and help shape service development within a jail environment, supporting recovery journeys and improving wellbeing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering health and wellbeing interventions in a custodial setting.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
