• SVQ Level 3 in Care, or willingness and ability to work towards this qualification within an agreed time scale.

Benefits & Working Conditions

• Secure pay and pension.
• Various hours and shift combinations from 10.5 hrs a week to full time.
• Effective from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours, with a corresponding adjustment to the hourly rate to keep pay unaffected.
