We are excited to announce a vacancy within the West Sutherland Health and Social Care Team for two motivated and enthusiastic individuals. These roles involve working as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing holistic care to patients in their homes.
Your main responsibilities will include helping patients maintain independence at home and supporting them after hospital discharge. The ideal candidate should be flexible, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care to our community.
Note: A valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle are essential for this role.
This is a permanent part-time position, working 20.72 hours per week, from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm, four days on and four days off, or as per service needs.
Important: These roles do not qualify for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa. NHS Highland cannot provide Certificates of Sponsorship for these positions.
