Job Summary:

We are seeking a personable, organized, and proactive Senior Health and Safety Advisor to join our Health and Safety team. Based in our London office, you will visit sites weekly and work closely with our HSE Lead to develop policies and procedures.

As a Senior Health and Safety Advisor at Reds10, you will support and promote the company's safety and environmental culture, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and foster a proactive safety culture to provide a safe working environment for all employees.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and develop Safe Systems of Work, advising managers and ensuring implementation.
2. Investigate and report accidents and incidents promptly.
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and wellbeing standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
4. Ensure equipment is installed, maintained, and used safely, identifying hazards and mitigating risks.
5. Promote staff and visitor welfare.
6. Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to share best practices.
7. Perform regular audits with site and office teams.
8. Liaise with external safety representatives, authorities, and trade unions, staying updated on legislation.
