The Belfry Hotel & Resort is seeking a Senior Head of Meeting & Events Operations to lead a dynamic team overseeing multiple event spaces. The Belfry Hotel & Resort, an award-winning destination with over 300 luxurious bedrooms, multiple dining options, event spaces, a leisure club, and renowned golf courses including The Brabazon, is embarking on an exciting expansion. With a planned investment of over £80 million, we are adding new facilities such as The Masters Suite, additional bedrooms, and a state-of-the-art leisure club, aiming for completion in Autumn 2025.

The role offers an on-target annual salary of £52,940, including a base of £50,000 and approximately £2,900 in gratuities.
As the Senior Head of Meeting & Events Operations, you will lead a dynamic team, overseeing the management of 24 conference rooms and the new 920-seater Masters Suite. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of exceptional events, drive revenue growth, and evolve our meetings and events department during a pivotal year.
