Role Overview

We are excited to bring onboard a strategic, creative, and commercially minded Senior Head of Marketing to lead and elevate the Teresa Tarmey brand — spanning clinic, hotel partnerships, and skincare. As our first Head of Marketing, you will own the full marketing mix across all channels: defining the brand narrative, driving customer acquisition and retention, building cultural relevance, and creating meaningful connections with clients at a pivotal moment of growth.

This is not a traditional corporate role. Our HQ is a lean, founder-led team of five, and the right candidate will thrive in this entrepreneurial environment: equally comfortable setting high-level strategy and rolling up their sleeves to deliver, resourceful in making things happen without large budgets or layers of support, and energised by the pace and variety of a high-growth business. It requires a rare blend of brand builder and growth marketer — someone who can combine analytical rigour with creativity to scale both the brand and the business.

Line Manager: Founder. They will also have support from a CMO Advisor, and a Board Member with deep marketing experience

Direct reports: Head of E-Commerce, Marketing Executive, Digital Agency and dotted line to Creative Director

Location: Westbourne Park, London, W10. Hybrid — up to 3 days in the office

Salary: £70-£80k, experience dependent

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Strategy
  • Define and deliver an integrated brand and marketing strategy that drives both short-term results and long-term brand equity
  • Champion the Teresa Tarmey brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Shape the brand calendar across launches, clinic activations, cultural moments, partnerships, and retail
Communications & PR
  • Lead brand storytelling across owned and earned channels — ensuring consistent messaging across PR, press, influencers, and partnerships
  • Oversee press office activity to secure high-quality coverage
  • Build brand visibility through events, collaborations, and industry partnerships
Digital & Performance
  • Oversee performance marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliates), and execute influencer strategy ensuring activity is brand-aligned and commercially effective
  • Oversee lifecycle marketing through Klaviyo, ensuring a best-in-class customer journey (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, loyalty)
  • Partner with Head of Ecommerce to optimise conversion rates, customer experience, and DTC performance
Social
  • Alongside the Marketing Executive, develop and oversee the organic social strategy, ensuring content is on-brand, culturally relevant, and community-building
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director on campaign creative, content production, and brand assets
  • Build influencer and ambassador partnerships that authentically align with the brand
Offline & Clinic Marketing
  • Drive clinic marketing, ensuring service marketing is joined-up with product storytelling and customer experience
  • Support clinic launches, in-store activations, sampling, and experiential marketing initiatives
  • Explore retail/wholesale activations and partnerships that expand reach while protecting brand equity
Leadership & Team
  • Manage and mentor the entire team
  • Build cross-functional collaboration
  • Ensure smooth delivery of campaigns, launches, and activations, balancing creativity with commercial rigour
  • Be highly hands-on, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, balancing creativity with commercial rigour

Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years in brand, marketing, or communications, ideally within beauty, fashion, or luxury
  • Proven experience in both brand building (PR, social, events, partnerships) and digital growth (performance, CRM, ecommerce)
  • Track record of driving cultural visibility and brand storytelling, alongside commercial growth
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Creative mindset with commercial acumen — balancing brand equity with performance goals
  • Experience leading a team and agencies, whilst being comfortable executing too
  • Service/treatment business or clinic experience an advantage
  • Startup brand experience essential
