Senior Head Chef

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Head Chef to elevate our hospitality and retail offerings with exceptional skill and creativity. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our Culinary Director to drive menu development and uphold the highest culinary standards, ensuring that every catering experience, whether for football events, music concerts, or other special occasions, exceeds our guests' expectations. Join us in delivering unparalleled quality and innovation in a dynamic and engaging environment.

What You'll Do:
  1. Lead effective and collaborative communication with all key internal and external stakeholders, including our Michelin-star caliber chef partners.
  2. Ensure we never compromise on quality and flavor through exceptional professional standards.
  3. Drive sales, manage volumes, and ensure compliance through preferred suppliers and local sourcing where applicable.
  4. Deliver client tasting sessions for event planning.
  5. Manage people, including permanent and temporary staff across multiple kitchens, providing effective leadership, recruitment, engagement, training, development, and motivation.
  6. Ensure compliance with legislative and company HSE procedures and standards.
  7. Responsible for Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  8. Maintain financial acumen, including understanding and managing P&L statements.
  9. Follow HR procedures and processes.
  10. Manage rotas and holiday allowances for staff.
  11. Understand large-scale catering logistics and operations.
