Job description

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Head Chef to elevate our hospitality and retail offerings with exceptional skill and creativity.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate closely with our Culinary Director to drive menu development and uphold the highest culinary standards.
  2. Ensure every catering experience, whether for football events, music concerts, or other special occasions, exceeds guest expectations.
  3. Lead effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including Michelin-star caliber chef partners.
  4. Maintain quality and flavor through professional standards.
  5. Drive sales, manage volumes, and oversee compliance with preferred suppliers and local sourcing.
  6. Deliver client tasting sessions for event planning.
  7. Manage people, including recruitment, training, engagement, and motivation of both permanent and temporary staff across multiple kitchens.
  8. Ensure compliance with legislative and company HSE procedures and standards.
  9. Manage service level agreements (SLA) and be financially astute, including reading and understanding P&L statements.
  10. Follow HR procedures and manage rotas and holiday allowances.
  11. Understand large catering operations and logistics.
