Job summary

Russell Taylor Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead hardware-focused projects from planning through delivery. You will work closely with commercial, operational, manufacturing and technical teams, customers and external suppliers to ensure milestones are met.

The role is hands-on and involves coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing procurement, budgets and risks to deliver significant hardware deployment projects for major retail clients.

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in hardware/tech/manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initial planning through to implementation and delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans, critical paths, timelines and dependencies.
• Coordinate suppliers, manufacturers and internal teams to ensure delivery milestones are achieved.
• Manage procurement, lead times, budgets, resources and project risks.
• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve delivery issues, keeping projects on track and within agreed budgets.
• Support manufacturing, operational improvements and hardware deployment projects.
