Job summary

Russell Taylor is assisting a rapidly expanding manufacturing company on a rolling contract for a Senior Project Manager specialising in hardware. You will lead complex hardware and operational projects from planning through delivery, working with commercial, operational, manufacturing and technical teams, as well as customers and suppliers.

This hands-on role requires visible leadership, strong planning and supplier management, and the ability to own projects from inception to completion while

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in hardware/ manufacturing environments.
• Strong planning, critical path, supplier management and delivery dependencies.
• Confident coordinating senior customers and suppliers.
• Hands-on, able to operate at operational and senior stakeholder level.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initial planning through to implementation and delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans, critical paths, timelines and dependencies.
• Coordinate suppliers, manufacturers and internal teams to ensure delivery milestones are achieved.
• Manage procurement, lead times, budgets, resources and project risks.
• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve delivery issues, keeping projects on track and within agreed budgets.
• Support manufacturing, operational improvements and hardware deployment projects.
