Job summary

ARCA is seeking a Senior Hardware Engineer to join its Motors & Power Systems team, working on hardware for electric flight. You will design electronic hardware, develop analogue/digital circuits, capture schematics and develop PCBs, and conduct hardware testing and verification.

Experience in aerospace or demanding engineering environments is a plus. Collaboration with electronics, motors and power systems engineers will be essential to advancing electric aviation technology and practical

Qualifications

• Experience in electronic hardware design and development.

• Schematic capture and PCB development.
• Hardware testing, debugging and verification.
• Motor control electronics, power electronics or related systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop electronic hardware for motors and power systems in aerospace contexts.
• Design analogue and digital circuits and convert to schematics/PCB layouts.
• Perform hardware testing, debugging, and verification of designs.
• Work on motor control electronics and power electronics for electric flight systems.

Experience within aerospace, automotive, electric vehicles or other demanding engineering environments could be relevant.
