The Role

Working Pattern: Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Saturday)

Your Responsibilities:

1. Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY hairdressing experience for each client
2. Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty
3. Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through extensive hairdressing product knowledge
4. Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed TONI&GUY brand
5. Champion the Super brand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation
6. Take advantage of comprehensive training opportunities at our Academy to enhance your hairdressing skills and advance your career with TONI&GUY

We're Looking for Someone Who:

1. Would like to expand their knowledge into senior management.
2. Has three years plus shop floor hairdressing experience.
3. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts and styles
4. Brings artistic vision to life by understanding clients' preferences and creating stunning hairstyles
5. Provides exceptional customer service and cultivates long-term relationships with clients
6. Manages a busy schedule efficiently, handling diverse client needs with flexibility and meeting deadlines consistently
