Placements24 is seeking a Senior Hair Transplant Technician & Consultant in Randburg, Gauteng. You will support lead surgeons in advanced hair restoration and consult with clients to determine suitability and explain options.

The role requires deep knowledge of hair loss, FUE and FUT techniques, and strong patient care. You will educate clients, document cases, and uphold sterile surgical protocols in a fast-paced clinic.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist lead surgeons during hair transplant procedures, including graft harvesting, preparation, and implantation.
• Perform post-operative care and follow-up consultations with patients.
• Conduct initial client consultations, assessing hair loss patterns, scalp health, and suitability for transplantation.
• Educate potential clients on different hair transplant techniques, expected outcomes, and recovery processes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including medical history, consultation notes, and procedure details.
• Ensure the operating room and all surgical instruments are sterilized and prepared according to strict medical standards.
• Monitor patient vital signs during procedures and report any concerns to the surgeon.
