The Senior Stylist is an experienced hair professional with at least one year of proven success in building and retaining a loyal client base while continuing their personal and professional development. They represent the salon’s brand image consistently through their work, personal presentation, and interactions with both clients and colleagues. Strong customer relationships, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence are essential to the success of this role.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Styling & Client Service
• Provide expert advice and guidance on hairstyles suited to each client’s needs and lifestyle
• Conduct professional consultations, including hair and scalp analysis, and recommend appropriate products and treatments
• Perform precision cutting, coloring, and styling to salon standards with creativity and skill
• Stay up to date with current trends, techniques, and innovations in hairdressing
• Participate in salon events, fashion shows, and industry showcases when required

Business Development
• Recommend and sell salon products and services to support client care and salon revenue
• Consistently achieve personal and team retail sales and service targets
• Foster loyalty among existing clients while actively seeking to attract new clients
• Utilize referral programs (e.g., Recommend a Friend) to expand client base
• Contribute to the achievement of salon business goals through strong retail and service performance
• Lead or support training sessions to share knowledge and techniques with team members
• Attend demonstrations and artistic team activities to enhance skills and inspire others

Personal Client Portfolio
• Maintain a consistent portfolio of clients, achieving an average of 35+ appointments per week
• Deliver personalized, high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
