Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse for a premier dialysis clinic in Bangor, North Wales. The role requires an RGN with active NMC PIN, with renal nursing experience preferred. You will lead shifts, mentor team members and deliver safe haemodialysis in a patient-centred care environment.

The position is permanent and full-time with day shifts Monday to Saturday. Competitive salary (£36,827 - £45,011 DOE) plus benefits and generous holiday entitlement are offered.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC pin is required.
• Renal nursing experience is desirable.
• Clear communication and adaptability are essential.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team are important.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescription.
• Deliver high standard of patient-focused care and mentor colleagues.
• Lead shifts and work within multidisciplinary teams and with external providers.
• Promote effective communication with patients, users and providers.
• Maintain adherence to policies and continuously develop renal care knowledge.
