Jupiter Recruitment is assisting a dialysis clinic in Bangor, North Wales, to recruit a Senior Staff Nurse. The role requires an RGN with an active NMC pin, and offers day shifts Monday to Saturday with a competitive salary.

The successful candidate will lead shifts, mentor the team, and deliver high-quality haemodialysis care in a modern, technology-forward clinic. A permanent, full-time position with good benefits is on offer.

Formación

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current active NMC PIN.
• Dialysis/renal care experience preferred.
• Flexible and adaptable to changes.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high standard of patient-focused care.
• Mentor and assist team members.
• Provide safe haemodialysis in line with patient prescription.
• Lead shifts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and hospital trusts.
• Adhere to procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Continuously develop knowledge in renal care.
• Promote evidence-based practice and service development.
