Job summary

MeiraGTx is seeking a QA leader to maintain and advance GxP Quality Systems, ensuring readiness for inspections across operations including manufacturing and testing. You will train and support teams on quality systems, drive regulatory updates, and coordinate with stakeholders to keep processes compliant and audit-ready.

The role requires extensive QA/Regulatory expertise, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach to foster a quality mindset throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and experience within pharmaceutical Quality Assurance and GxP regulations in an operations environment (manufacturing & testing).
• Proven track record of implementing robust Quality Management Systems.
• Experience preparing for, hosting, and following up on regulatory inspections and client audits.

Responsibilities

• Line management of the QA System & Compliance team as defined in the org chart.
• Ensure positive outcomes for regulatory inspections and client audits.
• Manage workload to meet timelines and deliverables; define priorities and escalate issues.
• Promote a culture of collaboration and Quality coaching across the business.
• Ensure training needs are met to enable team goals.
