Job summary

Tyk, a leading API management platform, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to own end-to-end GTM initiatives across Marketing, Sales and Product. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, maintain roadmaps, and ensure projects land on time and on budget.

You will work closely with senior leaders to drive pipeline impact, enable sales, and optimize campaigns and events both online and in-person. This role offers total flexibility with remote work from anywhere in the world.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex marketing and sales initiatives in B2B SaaS.
• Experience leading cross-functional programmes end-to-end, on time and on budget.
• Background in GTM initiatives such as campaigns, events, or product launches.
• Strong understanding of pipeline and sales enablement dynamics.
• Experience working with senior leaders and managing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional marketing and commercial initiatives (campaigns, events, product launches, GTM programmes).
• Plan and run complex workstreams across Marketing, Sales and Product with clear timelines and dependencies.
• Own marketing project execution across events, campaigns, and product marketing.
• Build and communicate monthly, quarterly and annual marketing roadmaps with senior leadership.
• Act as the operational link between Sales and Marketing to align plans and handoffs.
• Support revenue objectives via disciplined GTM execution and campaign rollouts.
• Coordinate online and offline events end-to-end with readiness and follow-up.
• Translate business priorities into structured plans with owners and milestones.
• Provide updates and dashboards to senior stakeholders and leadership.
• Assist in budgeting, resourcing and operational planning for marketing.
