Senior Growth Marketing Manager

As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of a key market segment and lead strategies that drive growth, generate leads and increase revenue. This role demands a strategic mindset to anticipate market changes and identify opportunities, while using tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Glisser and Google Analytics to turn data into actionable insights. You will innovate and develop new approaches to maximise the impact of marketing activity and deliver measurable results.

Your Team

You will work closely with Sales and the wider organisation to position MHR’s solutions as the best fit for our customers. Leading and supporting direct reports, you will ensure campaigns across our full product suite are aligned and effective. Collaboration is at the heart of this role, as you partner with colleagues to create compelling content and maintain consistent messaging across all channels.
