The Role
As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy that accelerates growth, strengthens brand presence, and delivers high-quality leads. You’ll work closely with leadership to align marketing with business objectives while leading and mentoring a high-performing team.


The role:
• Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy focused on demand generation, lead nurturing, and conversion.
• Manage multi-channel campaigns (SEO, paid media, content, and social) to drive high-intent traffic and leads.
• Own and optimise the marketing funnel to improve conversion rates.
• Build and evolve brand positioning to enhance credibility and differentiation.
• Develop a content strategy across blogs, videos, case studies, and social media.
• Oversee paid media, SEO, and social media strategies to optimise ROI and customer acquisition.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team while managing external agencies and partners.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing with business goals.


Experience:
• Proven experience in a B2B SaaS growth marketing role, ideally in a scaling business.
• Strong expertise in demand generation, performance marketing, and content strategy.
• A data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience in analytics and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and storytelling skills.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to execute and deliver measurable results.
