Job Overview:

We seek a Growth Marketer to drive acquisition, conversion, and experimentation across digital channels. This full-stack marketing role requires strong performance marketing skills, creative problem-solving, and the ability to manage various initiatives. You will work with our SVP of Marketing and executive team to scale campaigns, launch initiatives, and support team growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Marketing

  • Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Search, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing, and emerging platforms.
  • Research keywords, create campaigns, manage bids, and test creatives.
  • Experiment with new platforms like Reddit, X/Twitter, TikTok, and programmatic ads.
  • Analyze ad performance, conversion paths, and CAC metrics.

2. Landing Pages & CRO

  • Build, test, and optimize landing pages (Framer experience preferred).
  • Implement A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversions.
  • Use tools like Hotjar, GA4, Posthog for behavioral tracking.

3. Strategy & Execution

  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies with the SVP of Marketing.
  • Design and execute growth experiments.
  • Lead projects across lifecycle, funnel optimization, or community engagement.

4. Marketing Operations

  • Support hiring and onboarding of marketing team members.
  • Address operational gaps in SEO, lifecycle, or communications.
  • Create systems and documentation for scaling.

5. Creatives & Copy

  • Produce and test basic creatives.
  • Excel in written English, with strong copy instincts.
  • Bonus: experience with short-form video, motion graphics, Canva, or Figma.

6. Cross-Channel Growth

  • Assist with influencer outreach, co-marketing, and affiliate testing.
  • Manage email flows and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Shape narratives across touchpoints, working with product and content teams.
  • Experience with thought leadership content is a plus.

Qualifications:

Experience

  • 3+ years in digital marketing, especially performance marketing and B2B.
  • Proven experience managing large budgets across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Expertise in landing page optimization and CRO.
  • Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
  • Startup or high-growth company background preferred.
  • Experience with SaaS or AI product marketing is a plus.

Skills

  • Deep understanding of marketing fundamentals, analytics, and experimentation.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager, GA4, Framer.
  • Strong copywriting and design sensibility; ability to produce assets or guide freelancers.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like Zapier, n8n, Make.
  • Bonus: experience with email marketing tools like Customer.io, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and influencer outreach.
