Job summary

One Day Agency in Manchester is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to join our fast-paced Growth Team. You’ll work across strategy, pitching, media planning, buying, and client management, with exposure to UK and international markets.

You’ll own projects from brief to delivery, manage multiple campaigns across OOH, TV, Radio, Digital and wider ATL channels, and lead pitches with media partners. The role rewards ownership and versatility in a dynamic agency environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience within an agency or advertising sales environment.
• Direct experience with planning and buying OOH campaigns.
• Experience managing campaigns or clients end-to-end.
• Strong organisation skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage and convert inbound client opportunities (no cold calling).
• Build media plans and campaign recommendations across multiple channels.
• Plan and buy media across OOH, TV, Radio and Digital channels globally.
• Lead client communication and build long-term relationships.
• Manage campaigns end-to-end from briefing through to execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaigns successfully.
• Lead pitches, proposals and wider growth initiatives.
