About the role:

As a SeniorGrowth Analyst at Zima Dental, you’ll be at the heart of the performance of our global marketing efforts. This role is more than just a job - it’s an opportunity to use data to shape the future of an industry disruptor, work closely with senior leadership and be part of a rapidly growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Analytics: Analyse campaign performance metrics to continuously seek opportunities and insights to drive strategies and locate incrementality.
• Landing Page Conversion Optimisation: Lead initiatives focused on increasing landing page conversion rates and enhancing the digital customer journey through rigorous A/B testing and user experience improvements.
• Content Strategy & Collaboration: Work closely with the content and editing team to strategise and create targeted, engaging digital content that aligns that drives customer acquisition and retention.
• Digital Campaign Management: Help plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various channels including Meta, TikTok, Google and more.
• Seasonal & BAU Offer Execution: Strategise compelling acquisition offers that effectively acquire customers throughout the year.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify competitor activities and new growth opportunities.
• Reporting & Insights: Provide actionable insights and detailed reporting to senior leadership, guiding strategic decision-making.
• International market & product expansion: Utilise data to assist the international expansion team to drive growth in new markets and launch new products worldwide

• Background in the dental industry.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms.
• Experience with e-commerce or physical products.
