Job description

Job Description

About Us

At Aspect, we’re proud to be one of London’s largest and most trusted property maintenance teams, covering more trades than anyone else and operating 24/7. With over 15 years of experience and thousands of residential and commercial customers served monthly, we’re poised for ambitious growth over the next 3 years.

To fuel this next phase, we’re looking for a Senior Growth Analyst to join our expanding team. This is a rare opportunity to make a measurable impact at scale, helping shape data-driven strategy across operations, customer experience, and commercial growth.

The Role

As a Senior Growth Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of unlocking insights that directly influence business-critical decisions. Your work will span user acquisition, operational efficiency, customer lifetime value, and revenue optimization. You’ll build robust analytics frameworks, lead high-impact experiments, and partner closely with leadership to inform and drive our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the development and optimization of dashboards and analytics tools to track business performance across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
  2. Identify high-leverage growth opportunities through deep data exploration, turning raw data into actionable insights that support commercial decisions.
  3. Own experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, cohort analysis, funnel analysis) to validate hypotheses and drive continuous improvement across key business functions.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to define metrics, diagnose friction points, and uncover scaling opportunities.
  5. Monitor and improve data infrastructure, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and scalability across systems (e.g., Salesforce, internal platforms).
  6. Deliver clear and impactful presentations to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into compelling stories and strategic recommendations.
  7. Stay ahead of industry and customer trends, proactively suggesting new data-driven initiatives to support sustained business growth.

About You

You're not just a numbers person, you’re a strategic thinker who thrives on solving complex problems through data. You’re comfortable owning big questions, working cross-functionally, and balancing attention to detail with commercial awareness.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. 5+ years in an analytics, growth, or strategy role with a track record of driving measurable impact.
  2. Expert in SQL and proficient in Python (or R) for data manipulation, automation, and advanced analysis.
  3. Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and Excel for dynamic reporting and modeling.
  4. Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, especially in analyzing lead lifecycle, sales pipeline, and customer behavior data.
  5. Solid foundation in statistical analysis and experimentation (A/B tests, regression, cohort analysis).
  6. Exceptional communication skills, able to synthesize complex data into simple narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
  7. Bonus: Experience in the property maintenance, field service, or on-demand operations industries.

Why Join Us?

  1. Work at the heart of a scaling company with a real impact on customer experience and operational growth.
  2. Shape data-driven strategies that will influence every corner of the business.
  3. Be part of an ambitious, collaborative team in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.
  4. Competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for progression.
