Santander UK plc. is seeking a Senior Manager to join the CFO Division, Group Reporting.

You will lead consolidation, disclosure and controls for over 150 UK entities and work with auditors, technical reporting teams and internal stakeholders to ensure robust, accurate financial reporting. Ideal candidates are fully qualified accountants with UK public company reporting experience, strong consolidation skills, and familiarity with Santander processes.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA or equivalent
• Experience in UK public company reporting environment
• Strong consolidation and reporting experience in financial services
• Knowledge of Santander consolidation processes (preferred)
• Working knowledge of Oracle Financial systems (preferred)
• Knowledge of Goodwill computation and testing (preferred)

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Senior Manager Group Reporting to drive consolidation, disclosures and controls
• Interact with auditors and internal stakeholders to explain reported figures and controls
• Provide technical accounting and financial reporting solutions affecting divisions across Santander UK Group
• Assist in the preparation of annual, half-yearly and quarterly financial reports for Santander UK Group Holdings plc and Santander UK plc
