Whether you're creating unforgettable guest experiences or supporting your team, you'll be part of a friendly, supportive environment where your contributions are valued. With the opportunity to learn, develop, and be recognised, Cairn Group is a place where you can build a career you're proud of.

About the role

We’re seeking a qualified and driven finance professional to join our Central Support team as a Senior Group Management Accountant. In this senior role, you’ll lead the production and review of management accounts across designated hospitality businesses, ensuring accuracy, insight, and timeliness in financial reporting.

You’ll play a vital part in maintaining strong financial controls, supporting site-level teams with performance understanding, and driving continual improvements in processes and systems. This is a hands-on role where your initiative, leadership, and eye for detail will have a visible impact across the Cairn Group portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include supervising the Management Accounts team, overseeing audits, and partnering with operational leaders to help bring financial data to life. You’ll also contribute to wider business projects and help evolve how we use data to drive decision-making.

About you

  • Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent) with solid post-qualification experience
  • Confident leader with strong people management and coaching skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Strong communicator with the ability to explain financial results to non-finance colleagues
  • Commercially minded and process-driven, with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Organised and calm under pressure with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
