Job summary

A&O Shearman in London is recruiting a Head of Group FP&A to join the Finance team. The role leads budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning, acting as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership.

You will drive performance insights, scenario analysis, and executive reporting to support decision-making in a complex, global professional services environment. The role requires a qualified accountant with deep FP&A experience, and offers a hybrid working model in London with

Qualifications

ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification is required.
Minimum ten years' post-qualification FP&A experience with senior-level exposure.
Experience in a global professional services or law firm is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead the Group FP&A function as a strategic finance partner to the business.
Own budgeting, forecasting and investment planning processes.
Prepare and present financial information with clear business narratives for senior stakeholders.
Partner with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives and improve performance.
Lead, develop and mentor the FP&A team and drive a high-performance culture.
