As the Senior Group & Events Sales Manager, you will be responsible for reactive sales for all groups & events by answering incoming calls or emails from clients, leading show-rounds and events for prospective clients, and supporting the sales team.

The Role
  • Maintain a warm and friendly manner over the phone and in person to convert enquiries into booked events.
  • Understand and manage budgets, targets, and forecasts for your department.
  • Maintain accurate client records and build strong relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and packages to maximize revenue.
  • Book visits and show rounds for prospective clients interested in our venue.
  • Supervise team members, provide training, and act as the point of contact in the absence of the Director or Assistant Director of Events.
  • Work with clients to identify their needs and update them on event progress.
  • Conduct market research, gather information, and negotiate contracts prior to closing deals.
  • Propose ideas to improve services and event quality.
  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of F&B and event offerings to tailor events and upsell appropriately.
  • Assist in planning each event from start to finish to meet and exceed guest expectations.
  • Represent Nobu as an ambassador, embodying our values and philosophies.
