Job summary

TryHackMe in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior GRC Content Engineer to design and deliver hands-on GRC training that translates complex regulations into practical, bite-sized scenarios. You will build risk exercises, ISMS labs, and regulator‑notification drills, guiding learners from first principles to audit readiness.

You’ll work with a small squad to turn ISO27001 and EU regulations into engaging content, balancing teaching needs with product goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on GRC / information security experience.
• Experience implementing ISO 27001 / ISMS.
• Familiarity with EU cyber regulations (NIS2, DORA, CRA).
• Ability to translate regulation into engaging, interactive learning.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop GRC training rooms, modules, and labs.
• Own ISO 27001/ISMS and EU regulation knowledge across portfolio.
• Build lab environments using Eramba and THM-built interactive widgets.
• Plan GRC content roadmap and validate scope with data.
• Track regulatory changes and keep content current.
• Guide contractors and other content engineers; ensure quality.
• Collaborate with Content Engineering and Sales/CS to align product with customer needs.
