Job summary

Preply is seeking a Senior GRC Analyst to join our Cybersecurity team and scale governance, risk, and compliance programs. You will work with Legal, Engineering, Security, Product, Finance and leadership to embed governance checks and drive risk-based decision making.

You’ll support SOC 2 Type 2 compliance, privacy initiatives, and cross-functional policy development while championing security culture across the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GRC, risk management, compliance, or cybersecurity.
• Hybrid backgrounds including engineering, legal/compliance, or privacy.
• Proven SOC 2 implementation experience.
• Experience with ISO 27001/ISO 27701, PCI DSS, GDPR/CCPA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the risk management framework.
• Lead enterprise risk assessments and track KRIs.
• Manage third-party risk and vendor reviews.
• Shape governance and policy with Legal, Security, and Data teams.
• Support SOC 2 Type 2 compliance and privacy initiatives.
• Bridge cross-functional teams translating regulatory requirements.
• Champion security culture and automate GRC operations.
