Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, STEM or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep expertise in real-time rendering across mobile hardware and other platforms.
• Background in games with shipped high-quality titles.
• Expert C/C++ skills with large codebases; hands-on implementation, debugging, profiling and shipping.
• Strong shader programming skills.
• Experience with major game engines (commercial or proprietary).
• Evidence-driven performance work including profiling, benchmarking, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and build graphics technology and tooling for game development teams.
• Choose and implement rendering techniques for high visual quality on mobile and beyond.
• Contribute to graphics benchmarks and regression suites to keep core systems renderable.
• Ground technical decisions in evidence; present findings to teams.
• Profile, debug, and optimise across CPU and GPU for performance.
• Collaborate across core systems and tooling around the renderer with senior specialists.
• Embed brand integrity and safety-by-design principles from the ground up.
