Job summary

Kpler in London is seeking a senior graphic designer to own creative work from spark to final delivery, including campaigns, reports, events, and digital content. You will turn complex data into clear, visually engaging stories across motion and static formats.

Collaborating with Brand Marketing, Data Visualisation, and Product Design, you’ll lead high-impact projects, evolve the brand, mentor junior designers, and push creative boundaries while maintaining brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Senior-level design portfolio spanning static and motion design.
• Advanced mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) with familiarity of Figma.
• Multi-format campaign expertise: storyboards, motion systems, static designs for campaigns, OOH, digital, print and events.
• Data & technical storytelling: translate complex B2B information into clear visuals.
• Brand system evolution: work within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Own creative projects end-to-end across global campaigns, reports, events, social content and digital channels.
• Translate complex data into compelling visual stories that capture attention and are memorable.
• Lead multi-format visual design spanning digital platforms, print, OOH and events.
• Inject strong creative vision, shaping core strategic ideas rather than merely decorating briefs.
• Partner cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Communications, Data Visualisation and Product Design for alignment.
• Evolve and champion the brand, protecting visual credibility while pushing boundaries with new formats.
• Mentor and elevate the team, providing feedback to junior and mid-level designers.
